The Honorable Brian Fitzpatrick, United States Congressman and Leader of the Bipartisan Opioid Task Force, presented Michael Walsh, the writer and producer of Sno Babies, with the official flag of the United States of America.  The award was in recognition of Sno Babies raising awareness of substance abuse disorders.  The flag was flown over the United States Capitol in honor of the Sno Babies movie.
